  1. Conduct research and analysis on current sustainability practices and trends to support the development of SAP's sustainability strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives and projects.
  3. Monitor and track progress towards sustainability goals and targets, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as NGOs and sustainability organizations, to stay informed on best practices and industry developments.
  5. Support the development and implementation of sustainability programs, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  6. Identify potential risks and opportunities related to sustainability, and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Assist in conducting sustainability impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of SAP's sustainability efforts.
  8. Communicate SAP's sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels, such as presentations, reports, and social media.
  9. Stay up-to-date on sustainability regulations and requirements, and ensure SAP's compliance.
  10. Continuously seek out new ways to improve and innovate SAP's sustainability practices and initiatives.
  11. Act as a sustainability ambassador within the company, promoting awareness and engagement among employees.
  12. Participate in sustainability-related events and conferences as a representative of SAP.
  13. Support the integration of sustainability into various business processes and operations.
  14. Assist in the development and maintenance of sustainability metrics and tracking tools.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure sustainability messaging is consistent and aligned with company values and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Sustainability, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sustainability Analysis, Reporting, Or Consulting.

  • Proficiency In Sustainability Reporting Frameworks Such As Gri, Cdp, Or Sasb.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Identify Sustainability Trends And Opportunities.

  • Knowledge Of Global Sustainability Issues And Regulations, Including Climate Change, Circular Economy, And Social Responsibility.
