  1. Lead the development of enterprise software solutions using NodeJs and Typescript.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative products.
  3. Take ownership of technical architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  4. Mentor and guide a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve knowledge and skills in NodeJs and Typescript.
  6. Drive the adoption of best practices and coding standards within the team.
  7. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on product delivery.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  10. Contribute to the development of technical documentation and ensure it is up to date.
  11. Stay organized and manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
  12. Continuously strive to enhance the user experience and performance of applications.
  13. Act as a technical point of contact for the team and liaise with other departments as needed.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  15. Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to ensure consistency and alignment across projects.
  16. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
