- Collaborate with project managers and event coordinators to develop project plans and timelines.
- Conduct research and gather data to support sustainability projects and events.
- Assist with budget management for sustainability projects and events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects and events.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and promoting sustainability initiatives and events.
- Support the development of project proposals and presentations.
- Attend meetings and take notes to document project progress and action items.
- Act as a liaison between project team members and other departments within the organization.
- Maintain project documentation and update project plans as needed.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and event coordinators.
