As a TQM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical quality of our projects and services, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients. - Oversee the technical quality of projects and services provided by the Academy for Services & Consulting.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality issues and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure that they are met.
- Communicate project status and quality metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the Academy's services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and contribute to business development efforts.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality processes and procedures.
- Report any issues or concerns to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Services Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Sap Systems And Applications, With Experience Implementing And Maintaining Technical Quality Standards.
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Technical Quality Management, Such As Iso 9001 Or Itil.
