Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Quality Manager (TQM) to join our team in Chicago. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and in-person work, at our client SAP's location. As a TQM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technical quality of our projects and services, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual who is committed to delivering excellence.   1. Oversee the technical quality of projects and services provided by the Academy for Services & Consulting.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to identify potential quality issues and provide timely solutions.
  4. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  5. Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure that they are met.
  8. Communicate project status and quality metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall quality and efficiency.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve the Academy's services.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and contribute to business development efforts.
  12. Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  13. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality processes and procedures.
  14. Report any issues or concerns to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  15. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Technical Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Consulting Or Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sap Systems And Applications, With Experience Implementing And Maintaining Technical Quality Standards.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Standards For Technical Quality Management, Such As Iso 9001 Or Itil.
