Job Description

Work with Product Managers, business owners, and engineering to understand end-user requirements. Design as a stakeholder in an agile development process that values close collaboration between disciplines. Design and deliver interaction flows and screen mockups from sketches to prototypes. Support processes for gathering customer feedback and iterating prototypes. Evangelize UCD principles to the stakeholders. Work as part of a larger multi-disciplinary team that includes Product Management, engineering, documentation, and training. Responsible for working with Product Management and Development, materialize a product vision that melds business owner/PM objectives and continuous user research into a compelling user experience.

  • Experience or coursework must involve Organizing information in an understandable manner and apply insights to design websites

  • Experience in Visual communication including applying layout, color, typography, icons, images and design theory to final design solution

  • Wireframing ability to define the interface components which are needed for all possible interactions
