User Experience Designer

As a junior UX designer, you will work with other designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers to experiment and optimize the overall product experiences across the Ariba product ecosystem. You’ll also be the voice of customer-centric excellency by advocating design thinking, user research and design consistency across the board. Design low- to high-fidelity mock-ups and build prototypes to assist in product development and user research. Work closely with your peers and design leads to define and maintain a consistent, consumer-grade experience. Articulate design decisions in individual and group critiques. Build relationship and collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, and Operations. Create user scenarios, user journey, wireframes, UI designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development.
