Job Description

Support conducting user research to gain insights and translating findings into designs including the analysis and investigation of applications / systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction. Assist and participate in the delivery of customer workshops. Deliver personas, journey maps, storyboards, low/high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes. Work with SAP design systems. Contribute to project success stories. Collaborate with customers, designers, project leads, and cross-functional teams to create delightful design solutions. Promote a culture of innovation in every customer engagement and continually raise the bar for our team’s designs and design process. Share findings from your projects with developments teams. Support and participate in internal AppHaus topics.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years UX/UI experiences in user research, design strategy, and service design

  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a wide range of product and experience design work.

  • Deep empathy for users and foundation in interaction and visual design techniques.

  • Experience in customer-facing work, as most of our projects are driven outside-in with customers.
