Support Engineer-Procurement

Create the “to-be” technology footprint, develop solutions roadmap and phased implementation approach to achieve strategic business objectives within procurement solution. Fulfill an expert’s role in customers’ adoption of SAP’s solutions portfolio, especially in areas of One procurement SAP S/4HANA Source to Pay, Procure to Pay, SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. Transform requirements into detailed solution architecture deliverables for strategic initiatives within the assigned functional area. Work with Domain Architects (including Data, Infrastructure, Application and Security architects) to ensure that solution architecture aligns with system design guidelines and enterprise architecture standards. Perform hands-on work related to system configuration etc. Document business requirements, Business process flows, functional specs and solution designs. Lead de-escalation activities and perform root cause analysis of system landscape and technical issues in key engagements by providing SAP applications.
