Job Description

As a technical expert, you will analyze SAP solutions for our international customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. Your task will be to analyze customers’ systems within the SAP Premium Support Segment (SAP MaxAttention / SAP Active Embedded) as well as technical problem areas in complex systems, identify issues and bottlenecks, and come up with solutions. Your area of responsibility will extend to performance and availability analysis of complex SAP systems. You will be working with brand new software technologies within the SAP Business Suite and NetWeaver software solutions. As part of a global team you will be working closely with SAP Development and the global SAP Support Centers to assist our customers in an optimal way and to find appropriate solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. ABAP, Java, C++).

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP product Experience is mandatory

  • Willing to travel to SAP customers worldwide. Weekend work may be required.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

  • Leonardo-Machine Learning and Master Data Governance (MDG) experience is preferred.
