Job Description

Defining quality metrics, and test strategies for products respecting defined process, and product standards in a holistic manner. Driving white-box, backend testing, and Performance testing. Analyse and decompose complicated software solutions and design strategies to test the system, both at the unit level and end-to-end. Creates detailed test design including test system landscape definition and product standards, prepares tests (customizing & master data), authors and executes manual and/or automated tests. Analyzes test results (issues) and takes appropriate follow-up actions. Becomes subject matter expert for teams in terms of quality assurance and test related processes, methods, and tools. Take ownership of product areas and drive the quality goals to help deliver world class On-Demand software solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of software development or quality engineering experience with emphasis on building test automation frameworks and tools.

  • Deep proficiency in JAVA or other object-oriented programming language.

  • Experienced with implementation of CI/CD pipelines

  • Demonstrated excellent skills with test tools and frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, WebDriver, JMeter, BDD, TDD

  • Proficient in Database concepts and hands on experience with PL/SQL.
