Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced  Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs within Concur Travel. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. As part of a new Concur Travel team in Dallas, TX, you'll help build the next-generation travel booking experience across our mobile and web apps, ensuring that Concur’s travel tools meet a high standard of usability and design excellence that supports elegant and simple user experiences. You will get your hands dirty the whole way, working with cross vertical teams using a Mobile & Cloud-first approach, along with Design Thinking to ensure Concur’s Reimagined Business Travel experience is the best in the business.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management experience with increasing amount of responsibility.

  • 8+ years Travel experience with strong background in technology, cross-functional coordination and agile methodologies

  • Proven success in building and driving projects within a large, complex program, including managing international, multi-cultural, and virtual cross-functional teams

  • Solid process and analytical skills tied with creative thinking and sharp decision-making abilities
