Paid Media Specialist
Define the paid media blueprint (“global media plan”) for a solution area that will drive the desired business outcomes as defined by CMSO and IDT Manage overall media agency AOR and delivery of the brief / plan. Cascade the blueprint to the appropriate regional hubs for execution. Partner with / mentor Regional Hub Media Specialists for agency engagement / plan execution. Ensure paid media performance data (including paid search performance) is accurately and appropriately reflected by the Analytic Shared Services Team in the overall end-to-end performance reporting. Drive paid search strategy integration into solution area media plans. Integrates Awareness media strategy / activity into solution area media performance reports. Meet on a regular cadence with Regional Hub Media Specialists to review strategic alignments, performance, and optimizations. Paid media budget management for solution area.
6+ years B2B or B2C digital high-tech marketing experience
3+ years of Ad Agency experience preferred and / or 5+ years of agency management
Digital native preferred
Must understand and advocate for the role of paid media across all other program channels: Organic, Web, Events, Sponsorships
