Lead the team responsible for demand and capacity management as well as asset management. Work with the central purchasing team and data center management team to ensure proper alignment. Mature an asset management team that tracks all physical and virtual assets. Build process and predictive analytics by leveraging data and simulations to model ‘what if’ scenarios that consider impacts of demand changes, operations capacity, and external factors Establish strategies and KPIs that drive speed, flexibility, and cost across the supply chain. Take an objective stance to ensure the best path possible for decision making.
