Job Description

As Senior Cloud Devops Engineer, you are responsible for the PAAS level/Guest OS/Virtual machines/Containers running within all CIS provision platforms. You need to co-work with other related stakeholders to be responsible for operation architecture design for central infrastructure service. You are responsible of meeting SLAs targets with our clients vertically (compute-> storage-> network), driving implementation, quality improvement, automation and optimization of the PAAS processes and execution. You should be able to work functional silos (network, backup, compute, storage) and other organization units (architecture, design and engineering) to drive values to Cloud LoBs and external customers. You must be able to discuss, negotiate and come up the best solutions for the interest of SAP.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Linux DevOps Required

  • 5+ years automation experience with at least one configuration/deployment management system

  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems

  • Strong knowledge & hands-on experience with public cloud providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)

  • Ability to Perform root cause analysis and produce reports
