Vice President – Whole Loans Trading

1. Develop and execute strategies to maximize value and profits from whole loan trading and portfolio management.

3. Maintain knowledge of financial markets, legal and compliance aspects of trading operations, and capital markets.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
5. Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
6. Plan and implement strategies to reduce risk and maximize profits.
7. Prepare and present reports and financial analyses to management.
8. Coordinate trading activities with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with banks, brokers, and other financial institutions.
10. Negotiate and execute transactions with counterparties.
