Vice President - Operational Risk Management

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement operational risk management policies, procedures, and best practices throughout the organization.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate risk exposures across both internal and external operations.
3. Create and maintain dashboard of risk exposure across the organization.
4. Monitor and report operational risk performance and trends.
5. Develop strategies and plans to improve operational risk management processes.
6. Manage vendors and third-party service providers to ensure operational risk compliance.
7. Support the development of risk management education and training programs.
8. Facilitate the investigation of operational risk incidents and ensure corrective action is taken as needed.
9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure operational risk alignment and compliance.
10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external parties.
