Teller

As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as you assist customers with a variety of financial transactions. We are seeking an individual who has a strong attention to detail, a passion for helping others, and a solid understanding of banking processes and regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a similar role. 5. Monitor and report suspicious transactions.
6. Provide accurate information and advice on banking products, services, and policies.
7. Assist customers with banking inquiries and complaints.
8. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
9. Remain up-to-date on financial products and services.
10. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
