Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an iWealth Intern at Santander Bank N.A. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and wants to gain experience in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, as well as some previous experience in the banking industry. They should also be comfortable working with a variety of computer programs, as well as have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Furthermore, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a full-time unpaid internship that will give the right candidate an opportunity to gain valuable experience and professional insight into the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to the iWealth team in tasks related to finance and banking
  2. Develop a thorough understanding of the banking industry and iWealth platform
  3. Assist with data analysis and research projects
  4. Utilize a variety of computer programs to perform data analysis and other tasks
  5. Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze data and provide sound recommendations
  6. Communicate effectively and work well with team members
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives
  8. Maintain industry knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
