Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Data & Analytics Intern to join our team and help us uncover new insights and solve complex analytical problems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data-driven decision making and a keen eye for detail. As a Data & Analytics Intern, you will be responsible for exploring and analyzing data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the team.The successful applicant will need to have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong knowledge of data management software and analytics tools, a working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools, and a degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field.If you are an analytical thinker who is excited to work with large datasets and uncover actionable insights, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Data & Analytics Intern:

  • Explore and analyze data to identify trends and insights
  • Provide meaningful recommendations to the team based on data analysis
  • Develop data models to support decision-making and forecasting
  • Utilize data management software and analytics tools to process and clean data
  • Create effective visualizations to communicate data and insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases
  • Utilize programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to develop data solutions
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and data science
