Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with members of the consumer banking team to drive digital transformation initiatives.
  2. Develop innovative solutions to improve customer experience.
  3. Analyze consumer banking industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  4. Create presentations and materials to support new initiatives.
  5. Assist with the development and testing of new customer-facing systems.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and use data to recommend improvements to customer experience.
  7. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  8. Work closely with the digital transformation team to ensure successful implementation of new technologies.
  9. Participate in regular meetings to discuss customer feedback and progress on digital transformation initiatives.
  10. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
