Commercial Real Estate Intern

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the analysis of commercial real estate projects and investments.
2. Assist in the preparation of underwriting, loan documents, and other related documents.
3. Review and analyze financial reports, documents, and other materials related to commercial real estate transactions.
4. Maintain and update the bank’s real estate databases.
5. Participate in market research and data analysis.
6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management.
7. Provide administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team.
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
9. Ensure compliance with all SOPs, regulations, and other applicable standards.
10. Participate in training and other professional development activities.
