
Business Service Representative

This role is key to providing excellent customer service to our business banking customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to Santander Bank N.A.’s business banking customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure that customer service is provided in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of banking and financial services products and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs.
- Use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to perform job duties.
- Stay informed of changes in the banking and financial services industry.
- Create reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the business banking team.
