AWS Automation Test Lead

We are seeking someone who is passionate about technology and has a successful track record in automation testing, especially with regards to Amazon Web Services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of automation and the ability to lead a team of testers.This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with other teams, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another related field and at least 5 years of experience in software automation testing. Additionally, experience in automation frameworks, such as Cucumber, Selenium, and/or Robot Framework, is a plus. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of automation testers to ensure that all software products are tested effectively and efficiently.
2. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks, such as Cucumber, Selenium, and/or Robot Framework.
3. Create test plans and design test cases to ensure quality and accuracy.
4. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
5. Troubleshoot and debug any software issues encountered during test cycles.
6. Maintain knowledge of AWS technologies, such as Lambda, EC2, and/or S3.
7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation tests.
8. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that software products are released on time and meet quality standards.
9. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior members of the team.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation testing technology.
