Associate - Production Services Support

Santander Bank is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric Associate - Production Services Support to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and have a proven track record of delivering high quality results.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in production services and must possess a strong background in production services and customer service. This full-time role is based in our Boston office and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in production services, a strong customer service background, the ability to work independently and effectively, and excellent problem solving and communication skills. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and the ability to work within a team environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other related software is also a plus.
