• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans
• Research and recommend new technologies, products, and solutions to improve IT operations
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system-related issues
• Monitor system security logs and take appropriate action when necessary
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and security threats
