Associate, Claims and Fraud Operations

5. Establish customer service standards and ensure they are being met.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer claims are handled properly.
7. Keep abreast of new developments in fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and transactions.
9. Provide regular updates to management on customer service progress.
10. Assist with training and mentoring other team members.
