
Associate, Claims and Fraud Operations
At Santander Bank N.A., we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Associate to join our Claims and Fraud Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks related to customer claims, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of customer service, excellent problem-solving skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful as an Associate, Claims and Fraud Operations, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. You should also have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. In addition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. Responsibilities:
- Handle customer claims, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Develop and implement efficient customer service solutions for complex customer inquiries.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly assess and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor customer service metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish customer service standards and ensure they are being met.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer claims are handled properly.
- Keep abreast of new developments in fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer service interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer service progress.
- Assist with training and mentoring other team members.
