Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is looking for an ambitious and experienced Analyst - Debt Capital Markets (DCM) to join our team and help drive our progress in the financial industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the debt capital markets with a focus on structured finance. We are looking for a professional who can think strategically, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of the Analyst - Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is to provide financial analysis and support to the Debt Capital Markets team. The Analyst will need to have a solid understanding of the debt capital markets and will be required to assess the credit risk and structure of debt transactions. The successful candidate will also need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze debt capital markets transactions and assess credit risk and structure.
  2. Monitor and review debt capital markets performance.
  3. Provide financial analysis and support to the Debt Capital Markets team.
  4. Develop strategies and solutions to optimize the debt capital markets.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the debt capital markets.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks.
  8. Work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  10. Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
