
Analyst - Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
Santander Bank N.A is looking for an ambitious and experienced Analyst - Debt Capital Markets (DCM) to join our team and help drive our progress in the financial industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the debt capital markets with a focus on structured finance. We are looking for a professional who can think strategically, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of the Analyst - Debt Capital Markets (DCM) is to provide financial analysis and support to the Debt Capital Markets team. The Analyst will need to have a solid understanding of the debt capital markets and will be required to assess the credit risk and structure of debt transactions. The successful candidate will also need to have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze debt capital markets transactions and assess credit risk and structure.
- Monitor and review debt capital markets performance.
- Provide financial analysis and support to the Debt Capital Markets team.
- Develop strategies and solutions to optimize the debt capital markets.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the debt capital markets.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management.
- Adhere to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
