We seek a person with the necessary technical knowledge and expertise to drive projects across all business units. The ideal candidate should possess a combination of strong technical acumen, a high degree of organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.We require the Yield Engineering Project Manager to have a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of five years’ experience in yield engineering. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects across all business units in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  2. Develop and deploy effective solutions to complex yield engineering problems.
  3. Monitor progress of projects to ensure objectives are met within established timelines.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure projects are running smoothly.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to other teams.
  6. Communicate progress to stakeholders.
  7. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  8. Analyze data and identify areas of improvement.
  9. Develop strategies to improve yield engineering processes.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
