
Supply Chain / Procurement Manager
Make recommendations for improvements inventory strategy and Safety Stock levels by site. Work with the procurement organization ensure Supply Base agreements support Supply Chain Goals/Targets. Lead quarterly strategic reviews with Key Suppliers, with focus on delivery performance, lead time reduction and cost. Develop Customer, Site, Regional and Worldwide Inventory and E&O Plans. Implement programs to mitigate site excess inventories. Identify best practices and monitor industry trends, ensure all Sanmina SGS sites are utilizing best practices. Ensure worldwide inventory integrity through robust Cycle Count Program.
Ability to influence both Supply Chain and functional leaders to support inventory strategy
10+ years professional experience with a demonstrable record of process improvements and cost reductions
Service Experience a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis
