Supplier Development Engineer

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in supplier development and/or new product introduction. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure successful supplier development.
2. Identify and analyze supplier development needs throughout the supply chain.
3. Develop new product introduction strategies and ensure successful rollout.
4. Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback as needed.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to supplier development.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
7. Manage supplier development projects and maintain project timeline.
8. Monitor and track progress of supplier development initiatives.
9. Resolve any supply chain issues in a timely manner.
10. Actively contribute to the growth of the company.
