SMT Machine Operator

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to operating and maintaining SMT machines, ensuring product quality, and performing scheduled maintenance.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, as well as a strong technical and mechanical background. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is essential, as well as an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required in order to work collaboratively with other team members. Finally, the successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and must be able to work flexible hours.
