Quality Control Inspector - PCBA

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Inspector - PCBA to join Sanmina Corporation. The ideal candidate for this position will have an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.The Quality Control Inspector - PCBA will be responsible for inspecting and testing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for conformance to specifications and standards. The successful applicant must possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the PCBA inspection and testing industry, with knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other industry-standard quality standards. Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and test printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for conformance to specifications and standards.
2. Utilize IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other industry-standard quality standards in order to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.
3. Utilize strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in order to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Maintain a passion for quality assurance and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best possible results.
5. Monitor all operations and processes in order to ensure they adhere to established quality standards.
6. Identify, analyze, and report any inconsistencies or defects in products and processes.
7. Coordinate with staff to ensure that all required corrective or preventative actions are taken.
8. Utilize basic electrical engineering knowledge in order to assess product performance.
9. Ensure that all required documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policy.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
