Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to join the Sanmina Corporation team. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about quality assurance and can easily adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing product quality and performance, as well as identifying areas of improvement. In this role, you will work closely with product and manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in a quality assurance role, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze product quality and performance to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies and processes to ensure that products meet quality standards.
  3. Work closely with product and manufacturing teams to ensure that products meet quality requirements.
  4. Perform quality control audits and provide feedback to product and manufacturing teams.
  5. Maintain records of product quality and performance.
  6. Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and take corrective action where necessary.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  9. Train and mentor new Quality Analysts.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
