Production Planner/Scheduler

Sanmina Corporation is looking for an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Production Planner/Scheduler. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has the ability to develop and execute production plans. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) principles and have a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.This position requires an individual with strong communication skills, who is able to work independently and collaboratively with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met. The successful candidate will be adept at problem solving and be able to work with minimal supervision.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, with at least three years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute production plans based on MRP principles
• Communicate with production team to ensure production schedules are met
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed
• Problem solve and troubleshoot as needed
• Work independently and with minimal supervision
• Provide regular updates on progress of production plans
• Evaluate and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Assist with inventory control and forecasting
• Maintain accurate records of production activities
• Train new team members on production planning processes and procedures
