Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and employers of Sanmina Corporation.
  2. Maintain accurate records of employee data (i.e., benefits, payroll, etc.).
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
  4. Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  5. Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  6. Oversee the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Respond to inquiries from employees and employers.
  9. Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  10. Analyze and update job descriptions and job specifications.
