Cost Accountant
Perform Inventory standard costing maintenance, variance analysis and simulation. Perform forecast, analysis and reporting for inventory, reserves and production costs. Coordinate with cross functional teams to complete physical inventory stocktake. Perform month-end closing activities including journal preparation, account reconciliation and financial reporting. Drive control process improvement and compliance with best practices, including conduct audit, prepare variance reconciliation and analysis. Assist in the completion of statutory and internal audit requirements. Work in ad-hoc assignment/project as required.
Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting will be an advantage.
Able to compile, analyze and interpret data. Proficiency in using spreadsheets, meticulous and detail oriented.
Ability to handle and deliver multi-tasks with tight deadlines, and to work outside office hours to support month-end closing.
