Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional team members from Architecture, Product Management, developers and DevOps to understand thoroughly, test, and release features. Defining the testing best practices and tools and able to identify gap in our existing coverage. Working very closely with many other teams inside the Business Unit such as the Platform, API and Cloud developer teams to understand the feature implementation and troubleshoot the complex issues. Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate complex software issues and configuration problems in heterogeneous environments. Hands on and deep dive into discussions with developers. Design execute, and document detailed and thorough test plans and test cases to ensure product quality. Motivate, coach and mentor team members and track delivery to plan. Encouragement to think out of the box.

Job Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of experience in software testing

  • Ability to multi-task well and change focus quickly

  • Extensive experience working on multiple projects at a time in a fast paced, results oriented environment
