Staff Product Design Engineer

Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating digital electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry for digital electronic equipment and other hardware systems. Determining design approaches and parameters. Responsible for developing 3D and BiCS Flash memory technology (3 bits/cell and n bits/cell) with P-byte ramp. Bringing new NAND memory products into production with OEM quality level. Defining Client and Enterprise product specific NAND test flows and screens to deliver very high quality OEM products meeting DPPM and reliability targets. Performing Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) evaluations to come up with optimal testing conditions. Providing engineering support for a specific product or group of products after transferring from design to high-volume production phases. Performing failure analysis including eFA to identify the root cause of the issue.
