Global Compensation Analyst

Support a broad array of compensation programs that involve communication, implementation and administration of our programs and processes in support of Western Digital’s business strategy. Build consultative and collaborate relationships with HR Business Partners, HR Delivery, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards on various compensation related matters. Support annual compensation processes to include merit and promotional salary review, short-term incentive accrual and payout and long-term incentive award allocation.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system readiness and communication efforts. Utilize and maintain Market Pay survey tool to manage our global compensation benchmarking efforts that includes both a Leadership & Professional and a Manufacturing / Factory workforce. Participate in compensation surveys and market pricing events conducted by survey vendors in various countries/regions to build and update our market data library used to review our global compensation practices where we compete for talent.
