The ideal individual will work with cross function teams to improve the dppm as the primary focus. The job with involve IC layout and circuitry, GDR and EDR, semiconductor fabrication, test methodology.
3+ years of related experience
Hand on experience will be bench test, pico-probing, device structure testing, device characterization, and write test scripts.
Must be proficient in scripting Python and able code other languages
