Responsibilities: -Develop and implement innovative solutions to customer inquiries -Manage customer interactions over the phone, email and in person -Provide exceptional customer service and work to find solutions to customer inquiries -Identify customer needs and develop customized solutions -Stay up to date with new products and services offered by San Diego Gas & Electric -Maintain accurate customer records and ensure customer satisfaction -Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner -Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and reviews -Develop and maintain relationships with customers -Monitor customer feedback and suggest changes to improve customer service -Answer customer inquiries accurately and thoroughly -Monitor customer accounts and ensure payments are up to date
