Accounting Associate
This position performs routine and complex clerical accounting functions specifically related to SDG&E sundry billing activities to third parties. Performs a variety of research, investigation and reconciliation tasks related to the specific tasks to determine validity of project costs charged on third-party damage repair jobs (electric, gas, and vehicles). Supports the processing of financial transactions (prepares journal entries). Collaborates with and responds to inquiries from various departments Assist in gathering statistical and financial data for preparation of internal financial reports. Provide various administrative and clerical support, including other duties and special projects as assigned.
2 or more years of related experience.
Clerical accounting procedures experience required
