Security Officer

As a Security Officer, you are responsible for patrolling the zoo grounds and surrounding areas to prevent theft, violence, and other infractions; and to assure operating equipment such as pumps, blowers, heaters, air conditioners, and fans are performing as required. You will render first aid, maintain public calm during emergencies, including assisting EMTs if needed and provide minor first aid to team members. You must be fully committed to San Antonio Zoo's mission to create awareness that inspires action to care for the wildlife we steward and animals we protect.
