Job Description

We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and strategic leader to join our People Team as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Networks Group, a high growth segment of the SEA business. Lead Networks recruiting, including and team of 20-30 Talent Acquisition Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners. Work closely with senior Networks leadership to understand key recruiting goals and milestones for the team. Meet extensive Network hiring needs, approximately 250 hiring in this very technical and competitive space. Recommend and implement key innovation and process changes to improve team performance. Structure and manager the TAM team toward optimal performance, including upgrading talent.

  • 12+ years in recruiting for roles ranging from entry-level to executive in high-growth environments
