- Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to support the organization's business objectives.
- Lead a team of data analysts and provide guidance on data analysis and insights generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges.
- Utilize various data sources and tools to extract and analyze data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide ongoing insights and recommendations.
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analytics.
- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage data and insights for business growth opportunities.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics And Insights, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, Such As Sql, Python, Tableau, Etc.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing A Team Of Data Analysts.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Insights And Recommendations To Senior Leadership.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Or Business Analytics. Advanced Degree (Mba, Ms) Preferred.
