  1. Develop and implement a strategic partner development plan for Samsung TV Plus division in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners in the media and entertainment industry to drive growth and success of Samsung TV Plus.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including negotiations and contract management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  5. Monitor industry trends and provide insights and recommendations for potential partnership opportunities.
  6. Develop and manage a budget for strategic partnership activities.
  7. Drive revenue growth through partnerships and effectively manage revenue targets.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers to achieve departmental goals.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and provide strategic insights to inform partnership decisions.
  10. Represent Samsung TV Plus at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential partners.
  11. Continuously improve and optimize partnership processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies in partnership activities.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
  14. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Samsung TV Plus positively in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Strategic Partner Development: A Sr. Director In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Partner Development, Preferably In The Tech Or Media Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Developing Partnerships That Drive Business Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Tv Industry: Samsung Tv Plus Is A Rapidly Growing Streaming Service In The Tv Industry. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Tv Landscape, Including Industry Trends, Competitors, And Consumer Behavior.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Senior Director, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams And Be Able To Inspire And Motivate Others Towards A Common Goal.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills: The Sr. Director Will Be Responsible For Negotiating And Finalizing Partnerships With Various Content Providers And Media Companies. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills To Build Strong Relationships And Secure Mutually Beneficial Deals.
