Strong Leadership And Management Skills: The Senior Project Manager Must Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Field Technicians And Project Managers. They Should Have Experience In Managing Large Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Mechanical Systems: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mechanical Systems And Processes, Including Hvac, Plumbing, And Electrical Systems. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Mechanical Issues.
