  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the success and growth of the trade in program.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Trade In Operations team.
  3. Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and achievement of department goals.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  7. Set and track departmental KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact the trade in program.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  11. Create and maintain departmental budget and provide regular reports to senior management.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the trade in program and network with potential partners.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  14. Continuously strive for operational excellence and seek opportunities for process improvement.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Samsung Electronics and uphold its values and reputation.

  • Extensive Experience In International Trade And Operations Management: A Senior Manager At Samsung Electronics Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Trade Regulations, Logistics, And Supply Chain Management.
