- Develop and implement strategies to drive the success and growth of the trade in program.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Trade In Operations team.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure high performance and achievement of department goals.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
