- Represent the People Team in financial meetings and presentations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Act as a strategic partner to the People Team, providing financial insights and recommendations to support their objectives.
Extensive Experience In Financial Management: A Senior Finance Manager At Samsung Electronics Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Someone Who Can Lead And Manage A Team Effectively, Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members While Also Driving Results And Achieving Targets.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Finance Manager, You Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, So Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships.
