Sales Finance Director

Provide Finance/Legal governance and cross functional leadership to resolve issues and maximize benefits arising from contracts, customer commitments and the company’s trade spend and promotion processes. Perform proactive review and due diligence of all customer contracts and commercial terms that drives the Mobile business including complex review of financial, legal and operational terms as well as their impact to business processes. Provide financial guidance to the Sales and Marketing GMs, VPs, and Directors and demonstrate strong leadership, presentation, and customer and vendor relationship management skills. Lead business owners and work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership teams to collect requirements, analyze information, and develop solutions consistent with business strategies. Responsible for leading groups on cross-functional projects and new company initiatives.
